You send us your material, we design and build a fast, modern one-page website with the same technology we use for our largest projects, and we keep it online and up to date every year. You pay one fixed annual subscription. That is all.

You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your receipt or invoice is issued automatically, and you immediately receive an email with your personal material link.

2YOU SEND THE MATERIAL

On the link you upload your business details, texts, logo and photos. If you do not have texts ready, we write them for you. Within up to 10 working days we deliver your website, with one round of revisions.

3YOU ARE ONLINE

Your website goes live on your own domain. From then on you do nothing: we take care of hosting, renewals and updates, you take care of your business.

The terms, clearly

The low price works because the rules are clear

One page: A one-page presentation website. No e-shop, no multi-page site. If you need more, see our build packages.

One revision: One round of changes, within 14 days of the first delivery.

Changes afterwards: Small content changes at a fixed rate of 49€ per change.

The domain is yours: It is registered in your name. If you ever leave, you take it with you.

Upgrade whenever you want: If Sensis One becomes too small for you, the first year subscription is credited towards a full build within 12 months.

No meetings: Everything happens through the form and email. That is why it costs what it costs.

BEFORE YOU ASK

Why does it cost so little?

Because the process is standardized: one page, a specific workflow, no meetings and no unlimited changes. The same team that builds our largest projects, within a strictly defined framework.

How quickly will I be online?

Up to 10 working days from the moment we have your material, plus the time for your own review.

Can I make changes myself?

No, and that is the point of Sensis One: you deal with nothing. Whenever you need a change, you send it to us by email and we handle it, at a fixed rate of 49€ per change.

What happens if I do not renew?

Your website and hosting stop at the end of the period. Your domain, however, is registered in your name and follows you wherever you go.

Can I later get a larger website or an e-shop?

Yes. If you proceed to a full build within the first 12 months, the first year subscription is credited towards the cost of the new project.

Does the second language have a yearly cost?

No. The 99€ is one-time: the second-language page is built once and maintained within the same subscription.

What is Logo Essentials?

If you have no logo, we design a clean, professional one with basic usage rules. It is not the full Branding brand book: it is what Sensis One needs to stand properly.

How does Express work?

You go first in line: you are online within 72 hours of the moment we receive complete material. Without it, the normal timeline applies (up to 10 working days).

Will the website look «cheap»?

No. It is small, not sloppy: it is designed by the same team and with the same technology we use on every project, with an emphasis on speed and clean presentation.
