Identity built on research, not taste

Logo, palette, typography, voice and rules, bound into a brand book that gets applied from day one

The identity does not stay in a file. It is delivered applied, from business cards and email signatures to the site and its content, by the same team, with no translation between vendors. And because research comes first, every choice has a reason we can explain to you.

The chapters of the identity

The table of contents of every brand book we deliver

01

Research and positioning

04

Market, competition, where the brand stands and what it promises. The identity comes from here, not from preferences.

02

Visual system

09

Logo, palette, typography, with usage rules and right-and-wrong examples, so it stays consistent in every hand that touches it.

03

Brand voice

15

How it speaks, how it writes, what it never says. Vocabulary and tone for the site, the emails and the campaigns.

04

Applications and stationery

21

Business cards in two languages, email signatures, letterheads, patterns. The identity in use, not in theory.

05

Delivery

27

One reference document in HTML and PDF, with training for your team. Not scattered files in folders.

THE IDENTITY GETS WORN

The same team that builds the brand book applies it to your site, your cards and your content. Every identity project is quoted in writing after a first call.

Every business with its own voice and look

BEFORE YOU ASK

WHAT DOES IT COST?

Every identity project is quoted in writing after a first call. Scope sets the price: a refresh is one thing, an identity from scratch with a full rollout another.

I ALREADY HAVE A LOGO. DO I NEED A BRAND BOOK?

Yes, more than you think: the brand book is the set of rules that keeps the logo consistent in every use, from the business card to the advertising.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Weeks, not days, because research comes first. The exact time goes into the quote in writing.

WHAT DO I RECEIVE AT THE END?

Logo files in every useful format, a brand book with the usage rules, and whatever application was agreed: cards, print, templates. All yours.

DO YOU ALSO APPLY THE IDENTITY?

Yes, and it is the natural next step: site, video, photography and campaigns by the same team, so the identity is applied the same everywhere.

WILL I HAVE TO REPLACE EVERYTHING I HAVE ALREADY PRINTED?

Not necessarily. The transition is planned: existing material is used up or replaced gradually, starting with whatever your customers see most often.

HOW DO I KNOW THE RESULT WILL FIT MY BUSINESS?

Because research comes first. The identity is built on market, competition and positioning, so every choice has a reason we can explain – not on personal taste.

WHY NOT JUST GET A LOGO FROM A FREELANCER?

A logo alone answers one question: how it looks. A brand book also answers how it speaks, where it applies and what it never does – which is what keeps a brand consistent when more hands touch it.
