BEFORE YOU ASK
HOW DO I TRANSFER A DOMAIN I ALREADY HAVE ELSEWHERE?
With the authorisation (EPP) code from your current registrar. The transfer is free, your website and email keep working, and on most international TLDs a year is added to the registration.
WHAT IF I FORGET TO RENEW?
We send reminders to your email before expiry, at the renewal price you knew from day one. After expiry, recovery depends on the extension and may cost extra – do not leave it for the last minute.
WHO OWNS THE DOMAIN?
You, always. It is registered in your name with your details. You can transfer it away whenever you want – the authorisation code is provided free of charge.
DO I GET EMAIL WITH THE DOMAIN?
Registration alone does not include email. Professional email comes with any website plan or with Sensis One. Write to us at info@sensismedia.gr and we will suggest the simplest setup.
WHAT IS A PREMIUM DOMAIN?
Some names are flagged premium by the registries themselves and cost more than the extension’s base price. If the name you want is premium, you will see it clearly before you pay – its price is confirmed separately.
